Ok, so I totally flaked last time... I didn't keep up with my food log, and subsequently didn't watch what I ate, and now the scale is back up at a number that I thought I'd left behind.
Both hubby & I are trying to be good this month food-wise, and do more exercise... so hopefully this time will be more successful! I've also given up facebook, so that should give me a bit more time to record food intake & plan meals!
